Diet: This should be a good cut, I have Jason T. managing my diet and will just say that it looks GOOD, started diet 5 weeks ago at 212 lbs and was 194.6 this am and will be doing my first shot today.
Stats: 5'10" 194.6 lbs 16% b.f.
Goals: My current goals are to get down to show condition so that I can have tummy tuck on lower abs, have elephant skin that won't bounce back in that one area :( After surgery I plan to have Jason continue dieting me into off season so that I can learn to eat right for my endo body type and NOT end up a fat fuck again like I did last winter after getting down to 8%. Continue with Jason right into my first show next spring. This is my life long fight against being obese, I was 281 before I started this Journey 2 years ago and have been fat my whole life, I dieted down to 170 last summer and like I said still had this skin on lower abs and couldnt do show, I will do this show this spring and kick this obesety in its ass.
Cycle: 600 Test Cyp week/300 Tren Ace week for 12 weeks along with .5 adex ed.
Will post pictures next Monday that are gonna look like shit so we can track the transformation.

I'm not one of the expert's on this site regarding cycles but if you could I would just change the Test Cyp. to Prop.

Thanks for the thought, I already got my gear and am ready to go, I actually was torn between the 2 and had a thread battle between the 2 on the chem forum, Cyp won.

Thanks bro, did my first shot of tren ever on Friday in the Glute, no cough, today I did my second in the shoulder and coughed my ass off for about five minutes.

Tried to post pics but they wouldnt upload, they are too big or some shit, oh well, will try again with another camera sometime? My upper abs are barely starting to show, I am stoked about this because last year they didnt start to show until I got below 185.

Today was my 4th injection, my weight loss has stalled, i am asuming because I started, it will be critical from this point on to rely on pics and measurements for progress. I am stoked I have a trainer looking at pics every week because I am a mind fuck waiting to happen.LOL

my tren enanthate just kicked in this week (4th week)
my pumps are insane, veins every where, skin feels like
its going to explode.

metabolism is in overdrive. i'm eating over 400 grams of
carbs a day and getting leaner and leaner.

^^^^^Nice, yeah I can already sense that cyp and tren is gonna be my bodies choice gear, today at beginnig of workout I was sweating like a MF and still powering through it and feeling great, cant waite for the actual affect, thanks again for the Jason connection, that dude knows his shit.

Day 11, everything seems to be in place, still cutting fat and people are starting to notice, lots of good feedback in the last week. My weight before last cheat meal was 192.2 and getting stronger. Got my consultation scheduled with surgeon for June 16th, I figured that I would be pretty lean by then and he could tell me just how much leaner to go before the surgery, I would assume that the leaner the easier, but then again, I aint a doc.

Today is day 14, still dropping anywhere from 1-2 lbs. weekly, starting to get lean throughout my arms, shoulders and legs, abdominal and back are alway the last to go for me. Waiting for the effects of cycle to kick in, will be adding in 50 mg winny ed in a couple of weeks. current weight 191.8

Day 21 and weighing in at 190.2 I am really digging this cycle, last year when I dieted I lost a shit ton of strength and size doing keto, I am getting the same look at 190 that I had at like 175 last year :) and I feel great and strength is awesome.

The leaner that I get in the mirror the harder I seem to train, I love seeing those veins popping. Pantera + tren and test equals straight insanity, energy has been primo on the diet, I am starting to notice that by the end of the week before cheat meal my stomach is feeling like a pool pump with no more water.

Nice! I'm an Alexisonfire guy, but Killswitch Engage and All that Remains are some good gym music.

Also, Dsyndrome do you have any pics from when you started to now?
What kind of diet are you doing? Carb cycling, just low carb or keto?

Thanks BC, kinda embarrassing to post fatty pics, but I want people to see the progress from beginning to end, I will post pics every month through the entire cycle and then some. I have an appointment set with doc for the skin on abs on the 16th of June so I will let you all know what he decides for BF % for the surgery.

Have not posted in a minute, I stopped taking clen and the rebound stopped my weight loss, I gave it a few weeks to respond and finally had to change diet yesterday, saw the surgeon last week and he said that it is a 1/2 tummy tuck which means no lipo, just skin removal and replacement of belly button, minor scaring around waste line and belly button area, it is gonna cost me 4,500 bucks so it is looking like it could be a few months before the operation.

Update: I am currently 182 lbs and about 8% b.f. last year at this % I was 170 so I am pleased with a years progress, 1/2 way through 2nd year training. I am going to a different doc today to hopefully get a better price on surgery, I am getting pretty shredded and this would be the optimal time for sure. Will let ya all know and will post pics asap.

Thanks man, I have my surgery scheduled for Aug 8th, doc said he only gets about 1 person a year that actually comes in the shape that I am in, I am feeling like this plan worked out absolutely perfect. Really stoked, after the surgery I will have 2-3 weeks off and when I get back in the gym i will take pics, should be down to 6% by then, then it will be time to GROW into my show next spring, will be working with scooby and test-e/deca/anadrol to stay really lean and put on some nice quality mass. Loving this shit.

It has varied as I have adjusted to keep good fat loss without losing muscle, it has been right in between 2,000 and 2,500 give or take.

Has stayed at 30 min 6x week all the way through, 2 of the days are HIIT.
Last year I was doing keto and my trainer had me up to like 2 hrs by the end, i was fucking miserable, this year low carb and less cardio, better results and I feel like a champ, still have great strength and energy.

178 lbs. 8% b.f. Surgery is in 9 days and then I will be down for a minute. When I return to this thread I will be SLOWLY adding calories, 200 weekly until I reach my building range and starting a new cycle, 600 cyp, 500 deca and anadrol, will be posting pics in about 5-6 weeks and you will be able to see the foundation that I have built to get ready to grow into my show next spring, gonna stay lean at 8-10% and put on some clean mass.
