Thanks guys..John and Roxana Kreklo of On Stage will do my color and they are excellent and if any of you come across them at shows your doing you should make use of their service. I will do Masters 50+ and open lightweight..I am 154 1/4 on the nose at present so making weight should not be a problem. I'm looking forward to see tomorrow morning get here so the carb load may begin.

Wow, losing 5lbs. sleeping. I suspect you were doing some kind of @#$%$ cardio.

You look like you weigh MUCH more. That's what being shredded will do for you. I was 145 in my best condition, about 15lbs less than I am now. I hate getting on the scales and seeing the low numbers.

Bring your best on stage bro. You're going to be the winner!

No @#$%$ cardio last night..lol..but that's a pretty normal pm to am drop for me. Brother I know what you mean my normal weight is close to 190 but you know what I've not lost hardly any muscle size during this prep..my upper arms at 190 are close to 18" and at 150 there still over 17". I'm very small jointed and boned also..my wrist are 6 3/4" so it gives me a much larger appearance than what I am

No. I am 400 miles from Biloxi.
I will do Masters Nationals. If I am so fortunate to place top 5, I will look at doing North Americans.
If not, I will do the Music City Oct 22 (100 miles away) & one of the following
Coastal USA (Atlanta) Aug 20;
Memphis Dexter Jackson Oct 15; and
Kentucky Muscle (Louisville) Nov 5.

What are your show plans following Muscle Mayhem?

Hey Guys wanted to let all of you know I won the Open Lightweight and placed 2nd in the Masters 50+..Guy that beat me in the Masters won the North American 50+ last year and placed 4th in the Masters Nationals Middleweight division everyone I spoke with said it was very close between the two of us and that's bodybuilding win some lose some..he went on and won the overall Masters at the show.

After the show I spoke with the judges and the overall was between the middleweight who won the show, lightheavy and myself. They told me I was the most conditioned person but was just out muscled by the bigger competition, again that's bodybuilding..

I plan to get back at it and be better and bigger at the next show in 13 weeks..for now taking a couple of days and visit with my Daughter and Grandson then back on diet and full speed ahead!!!

Nice job Gary, the over 50 must have been close, the winner carried a bit more mass but you def (judging by the pics) presented better.

I just saw the score sheets from the show and the 50+..Ted had 4 1st and I had 3..in the lightweight I got all 7..they did not post the overall for some reason...

Yes you're correct he was thicker and a class gentleman..his name is Ted Glasgow and he placed first in the 40+ WW at the 09 North Americans and 3rd in the 50+ MW..I always hate to lose but I never mind congratulating a fellow competitor with the class and grace Ted showed!
