Im competing in my first show in novice light heavy and open light heavy...curious if anyone on this forum is competing in the same show its on july 2nd in tarrytown,ny

i know what the empire states are!!!! my cousin competed in it last year at westchester county center!!! im doing the NPC HUDSON VALLEY BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIP heres the flyer!!!!! get ur facts straight before u start babbling.. this flyer was at the metorpolitan NPC show i went too kevin english is guest posing..me n my coach r on top of everything u have kno clue what ur talking about BROTHA!

hey sorrry i jumped down ur throat and got a little upset i just felt like you were attacking me saying i didnt kno what i was talking about...NPC is a big organization so im sure its a legit show and registered with the NYS i know there was a switch up with this one and the empiore styates and the empire states became a natural show im pretty sure it was an NPC show last year if im not mistaking...buti just wanted to tell you im sorry for being a dick..
