View Full Version : My GHRP-2/CJC wo DAC/T3/HGH cycle

Along with 600mg test e. The peptides im hitting morning and b4 bed. GHRP 100mcg/CJC 100mcg/Growth 1iu. Started Monday night. T3 is first thing in the morning. Has me up just over a degree body temp at 25mg. Go up to 50 on Friday. Goal is to be at a very lean 220lb come August 14th for Dallas Europa mens physique show. Sitting at a somewhat squishy 247lb right now. 5 weeks of no working out with weights will do that. Not fat, just low tone. Will start some pics this week also to go with written updates.

on a serious note..because your not training right now..i would drop the test to 200mg ew and up the HGH to 2iu's min....

Day 4. Thing im really feeling is the T3. Body temp yesterday hit 100.3. Stopped taking any pain meds when started cycle monday, want to keep variables down. Pain has improved. Still taking my sleeping pills at night, but my length and deepness of sleep have improved. No appetite increase to note. Overall feel good this week.

Actually went to the gym yesterday. Did a short back and shoulder workout. Not heavy, everything had to be done standing since im still in braces. Was great to get back up there. Kinda hard hobbling around the equipment, but worth it.

Today is begining of my second week back in the gym. Took a couple pic. Whew, I swear I look better in the mirror:confused: This is where I am starting for my run at the Dallas Europa Super show MPD on August 14th. Hope to get to start rehab next week and be able to get on a bike. Am totally unable to do any cardio till then. Began a carb cycling diet yesterday, see how that does me over next couple of weeks. Weight is still sitting at 245lb, im just over 6'. Now that im getting to do some heavy weight training, instead of laying round house, I should be able to get some more shoulders and chest size. Stopped doing chest years ago, but it is a necessity with MPD, so I'll hit it some.

with the compounds you are planning to run and the frame you already built you are going to be freaky in a couple mouths! question ever think about bumping up the T just a bit?

That is an issue. Not sure that I want to put much size, if any on. My back is just fine, size wise. But the chest and shoulders need some filling in. With the results of the USA, not sure more test is needed. Have a couple guys on here saying I just need to get the conditioning in. Thanks for comments man! I think the addition of cardio soon will really help the fat come off, and give me better idea of what is needing most work.

Truth, sorry to hear about your injury... have you ever thought about HIT circuit train at the end of workouts just to get the heart beating crazy?

Once I can do cardio, I will employ both HIIT and steady rate cardio. Crazy, but actually looking forward to cardio.

Yeah, once I saw pic I realized I would have to cut back on the back stuff. just doing some light squeezing weights.
The cardio will bring me down in size I believe. Will post up pics each week, hope for input on which direction all think I should go.

Had my 8 week check up with ortho surgeon yesterday. HE is very happy with where I am recovery wise. He is letting me begin some self therapy at home. Working on ROM right now. Next week I'll start some strengthening exercises. Starting this 4 weeks ahead of schedule.

GenX.Yes, more so on some days then others. Appetite has increased, which is good since my activity levels have been so low. My appetite went through the floor for several weeks. Some days I only ate one meal, and small one at that. Im up to 3 full meals plus my humapro and chaind out days.

cool bro im gonna be using genx as well for a peptide cutting cycle lol im gonna be using t3 clen keto yohimbe cjc without dac ipamorelin super dmz and some basic supps....plan on doing this for 16 weeks hoping for a crazy change lol:yep:

Pics taken this morning. Not sure if it is noticable in pics, but I am def leaning out. Feel good these days. Strength is coming up as is stamina in gym. Should be able to start low intensity cardio next week.

Thanks Dre. Back I am just doing light squeezing movements now. Hope the front starts to lean a little faster once I start cardio next week. Just started with clen added to my regiment this morning.
Also, my last order of GHRP-2 ended up being the 6 version. They are sending the 2, but I already reconstituted a bottle and started it last night. What difference will I see with the 6 over the 2 do you think?
So program is now=
100mcg GHRP-6/100mcg CJC-1295 non dac/50 mcg T3 am and pm. 50mcg clen in am. And Test E 300 and Masteron 300 twice weekly.

Looking good dude, stay the course. I would hit the arms hard and bodybuilder style while everything else can be trained in circuits or giant sets. You definitely have size in your torso and the circuits or giant sets will have a cardio effect! Just my 2cents.

Thanks. Yeah the arms do need to get a little more muscle on em. Measured out the other morning cold at 18.5 so by the time im leaned down I need a bit more on em I think. Just started hitting chest after several years of not doing any. It will come up fast, focusing on upper area.

Expect an increase in hunger with the GHRP-6, also it can increase cortisol levels but in your case you should be fine with the clen/t3 combo you have...be ready to eat tho lol

Still not doing cardio. Hopefully will be able to start this next week. Carb cycling the diet, havent been super strict(need to fix that).

Yes, right at a month. Very happy with where things are going. With the addition of the clen this past week and starting cardio tomorrow, should pick up speed on leaning.

With the program I am on, listed above, how would a total keto with once a week refeed work? Since carbs around the peptide times are a no no, would dropping them all together be benefitial?

Heading to do my second leg workout since injury. Going to try and get a little more range of motion outta my leg press. Maybe set the accessories bench up real high and do some squats off of one. And hit some serious calf stuff!

Been a very good week. Leg workout I put some plates on the leg press and worked on depth for reps. Did some body weight squats off a bench, just 8 or so inches of depth, but still good. Got on scale today, was sure I was close to 230lb, nope! Was sitting at 242lb. Thats good cause I have def lost a bit of fat. Feeling leaner and people are noticing im leaning out. Strength on upper body exercises still on the up swing. Took pic at restaurant before lunch today, lighting wasnt as good as I thought it was. But you can still see some veins and my shoulders getting leaner.
