Yestrday did delts and back
Did machine press 10-15 reps 3 sets
Laterals did 3 warmup sets of bout 10 then did 2 heavier sets
Of 8-10 with 65 lb dbls then 1 set of single lateals
Then rear delt work with pec deck
Then did tbar rows worked up 7 plates
Then did dumbell rows workd up to 200lb dbls wwith 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Did pulldowns bout 4 sets of 10
Did some upright rows close n wide and some light should presses focusing on the traps
