What lifts do you do that are not directly related to your specific strength/power goals, but you do them anyways for vanity? :)

With me it's Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns. They DO have a performance component but I'm not gonna lie, I'm trying to widen my back.

arms I guess.
I know they carryover to events (especially tris) but I really just want bigger arms. I always see decent arms on guys that lack almost every other bodypart!

i dont think wanting a bigger back is vain, its still a goal, people could also say wanting to bench 600 pounds is vain, but its not.

Weeeeeeeell. Benchpressing 600 lbs is a specific measurable objective target. A "bitchin' set of lats" is pretty vain.
