When do we start cheat meal?

Question about the DP diet and when to start the cheat meal. The instructions say you must be on 2 weeks before your cheat meal. So, is your first cheat meal on day 14 of the diet (2 weeks), or 2 weeks on then cheat so at the end of week 3??
