What are the result's with T3 like when following a strict diet, are the results and effectiveness noticeable? Does it cause a lot of muscle loss even when taken in conjunction with test? Any experiences would be appreciated. Thanks

t3 is very effective in doses 50-100mcg, some even have decent results with low doses 12.5-25mcg. Yes it is catabolic but as long as ur protein intake is on point along with aas u shouldn't suffer too much if any muscle loss.

t3 is catabolic, taking it without aas will lead to muscle loss.
Anybody use this OFF-SEASON?yep...i hate cardio...so my cardio is t3..and clen...not in any certain order...

Thanksyou can run t3 alone..the catabolic effects of it are way overstated...just eat enuff and you will be ok....think about it...every person thats hypothyroid would be a rail...

hypothyroid patients that take t3 take it to be in average readings not to be in above average. Healthy person takes t3 odds are there thyroid readings will be off the chart and this is the reason its such an effective calorie burner, makes it easier to sweat more and easier to achieve a higher heart rate. Without gear and dieting i think its safe to say you will lose muscle.

Fitzy is notorious at failing, chem section dunce, also, judging from your avatar, all you need is a few rounds of intense tanning and you can officially be labeled 'malnourished Ethiopian skeleton' with AIDS, it's beyond me why you feel the need to further annihilate your obvious weak and frail body with T3 usage, not to mention this question has been asked just as many times as your mother chocked on my ANACODA,
Be gone with your brain deformity, not welcome.

You seem a little young for T3, but I guess if you wanna give it a go.. Leaves my muscles feeling flat and I wasn't a fan of that. It does work well for sure at helping lean you out, but if you have issues retaining mass it could kill your physique for awhile.

if ur calories, carbs and protein intake is high it's less of a risk, but he was talking about dieting and t3 with no gear, hard enough to maintain muscle as a natty while dieting down so if u add a protein catabolic drug into it, the answer is obvious, muscle loss, no study required.

yea I present a logical argument on how taking t3 ( fact to be protein catabolic ) and dieting will in majority of cases lead to muscle loss and u say my statement is stupid. Bro this is one of the most respected chem section forums around, if all u can say is "that's a stupid statement" without a logical reason behind u then it's obvious who the ignorant one is. If this is the way u debate then maybe u should downgrade urself to forum like bodybuilding.com, I'm sure ur chem knowledge will be accepted there.

even when combined with TREN and test you can still loose LOTS of muscle.
i rec onyl mild doses of 25-50mcg with anabolics AND diet. or no T3 at all.
not worth it in my op.

I remember Dave Palumbo stating that one should use no more then 12.5 mcg's a day when using it on a bulk cycle.

thyroid drugs or your natural thyroid function is all the same as far is t3's catabolic effects. the catabolic effects come from lack of food to support the metabolism. if you eat right you will be fine. if you think your going to jump on t3 and not compensate with a higher protein intake and more of an over all energy source your going to be left flat and lethargic. its really that simple.

+1....
With the proper macro ratio, T3 is like that for me. I still do Cardio, but protein cals are @ 2.2g per lb lbm. Carbs are rotated from 100 to 600 per day.
Otherwise I get flat. Getting harder & harder but digits on the scale ain't moving !!! T3 is awesome.

Yes and I lost 3lbs of muscle for every lb of fat but I feel that it built up to very high levels in my system. I started low and ramped up but over 50mgs is too much without AAS.

I think the question here is where did it come from and how old was it? I added 50mcg for 6 weeks and I sweated my ass off. Lost a considerable amount of fat as well. Used it during a ph/halodrol cycle and went from about 26% to a tested 13% in about 2 1/2 months. I was also dieting very hard at a low of 1700cals. Lots of cardio too

That's crazy. They have a good reputation, except for the clen lol. I think everybody has a problem with liquid clen though. Like tbs said too, t3 degrades very readily in solution, as does clen.

ya i'm not into taking liquid fat loss agents or ai's...too much hit or miss. I'd rather pay more for what always worked in the past.
Now the real question is how long one can stay on 50mcg T3 for without damaging their thyroid

I've read it can actually be use for like 10 months out of the year and your thyroid will still recover. I personally wouldn't do it but I would use it during all my future cycles. so lets say 20-24 weeks of the year

that is absolute bullshit solely for the "will" part. it may or it may not. the more you take, the longer you stay on, and the harder you shock your thyroid, the more likely you are to not recover.

HeavyIron has actually stated the same, that research shown you CAN take T3 for quite a while and your thyroid recovery would be pretty quick.
the key is to know if you have a healthy thyroid...if thats the case then longer runs of t3 are normally ok..and you will recover in time..but most peeps dont know what there thyroid is functioning at before they venture into t3..this is were probs can occur..so get a thyroid panel before you start using t3 to find out were your at..or if you have any underlying issues..

the problem is your thyroid function can go to shit at any time just like any other hormone. the more you screw with them the more you risk. staying on t3 for 10 months is not a smart idea unless your trying to wind up needing it. its pushing the limits to say the least.
but on the other hand needing thyroid meds isnt the end of the world either and once you get older your probably better off replacing all of these hormones anyway. i dont know about you guys but id take living to be an athletic healthy 70yo over being a helpless 90yo any day of the week.

EXACTLY !!!!
I live nearby a retirement community full of zombified senior citizens...there's nothing nice about growing old.. no need to suffer as we age. We put in our dues in the gym & at the dinner table. So, when we get aged, we got better living thru chemistry....
So, why not ?
