kinda reminds me of watered down milk (not in a bad way...as hard as that might be to believe). Add a little flavor to it, ie, kool-aid, splenda, makes it pretty good.

It would make sence that with the prices before, demand was pretty low, plus it doesnt matter how great the stuff is, I would say the brand is not marketed well. Progenex products are probably infinetly better than BSN, but whoever is in control over a BSN is a marketing genius.

Last week when I talked about his new reduced prices in my Stuff I Like column, Dr. Connelly hadn't yet said why they were down, only that he had a new delivery system and new products with vanilla and chocolate flavors coming out. Then Monday night on Heavy Muscle Radio he told Dave and John the new, lowered prices were due to a need to turn over his warehouse space, as he also has two new additional products coming in, as well. In my eyes, sound business decisions. Take advantage of the prices.

Like some of you, I'm adding a bit of Carbolyze and a half scoop of protein, and a scoop of Chain'd Out, to the post-workout shake. I don't mind the lack of flavor at all, but I'd rather do this than mix it with any other low-carb protein drink.

No, I was confused about that too. The ingredients aren't per serving size, they're per 100 grams I believe.

ive been using the recovery i love it, the hydrosolates make it taste kinda salty, i mix mine with 2 scoops of isolate and 1 scoop waxy maize bannana awesome!!!!

That's what i was trying to figure out myself. If it's 90 grams of protein per 100 grams then that makes it 90% protein...90% of 25 grams would only be 22.5 grams per scoop. Does this sound right? Anybody else know for sure?

Connelley said more than 25g of protein of the Recovery is a waste. Same for Growth, but you can do 25g of each and it's okay.

I am planning on purchasing "Growth" and Recovery" from Progenex. My question concerns how to use these. According to instructions on the website I am to consume 1 scoop of each drink post-workoout. This doesn't make sense as this serving would yield a total of 170 grams of protein... Is this correct or an I a moron and reading this wrong?

No, the numbers on the label are for how much protien you would get in with the total mixture. It was something along those lines, Dr. Conelly said something about it on one of the past radio shows

Has anyone tried training legs for two days straight after taking Recovery? Its hard for me to believe Romano's claims that strength isn't affected on the 2nd day.
