i think you need to work on quad sweep, and overall mass really. you have a tiny waist....very good. need to get alittle sharper.

I agree, you look good, but you just need to add some overall mass. Your legs need the most work. Try to improve your conditoning next time out. It was good, but when great it can make up for lack of size.

There is a show in 3 weeks, but i am wondering if it is not better to get some more size on and compete again in late november 2011.

If I was you I would compete in 3 weeks while I am lean, then start my offseason for next year after that.
