Currently following Dave's diet exactly as it is even on my off days. The only difference on my off days is I'm adding 1 tbs of mac oil to both my whey and waximaixe shakes other than just one as I do on training days and still keeping all carbs in the other meals. Is this ok? Thought I read it was in Dave's Q and A just want to doublecheck.

Dave recommends up to 6tbsp a day mac nut oil during bulk.

I understand that, but was unsure if I should be eating all the meals on my non trtaining days as I do on my training days because I have been. I've been eating all the carbs with the meals and even the waximaize with whey.

You don't need Waxy on off days.

You can replace the waxy with oats, rice, potatoes, etc.

Also, I agree with Myth, carb cycling is very effective.

Hi Myth, Legend

Great to see you guys over here, i was just wanting to know what you recommend in regards to off season carb cycling? Such as how many carbs per lb and which meals.

Im currently taking in Meal1 PostWO1 and PostWO2 with carbs figured based on BW divided by 3 split between these meals

Do you recommend skiploading or smaller carb refeeds in the offseason?
