Hey guys ,


I had a brief question about HITT. I am planning on starting a cut which starts on April 1st and I still have not decided when I should do my HITT. I originally was planning on doing it in the mornings, just after waking up and after taking a dose of Xtend (amino's) but I have recently read that LIIT is better if you are planning on doing cardio in the morning. Kind of confused , so I was wondering what you guys think personally.


I'm a dutch guy, so don't mind the typo's please :o

Here are my stats:

19 y/o , male
1,79 m (I think that's around "5'8 4/3)
Around 98-99 kg's (218 pounds)
BF% is 13-14 %
Goal : Reaching 10% BF over a period of 3 months. (so near the end of June)

P.S Just realised I miss spelled the title. It's obviously HIIT

If it is true HIIT (all out, balls to the wall high intensity intervals), then the pre and post workout nutrition should not differ from that of your typical resistance training session.
