ok well im two weeks out how do you think i look? what should i bring up for the offseason. my thoughts are upperchest, lats, Bi's an hams. let me know what you guys think thanks a lot

i d work on both back width and thickness and you are right on the chest. cond looks good.

Yeah what Tammy said, plus hamstrings. Nice shape and good quads. Now hit the cardio hard and nail your conditioning.

thanks guys!! I deff gonna hit my hammies hard in the offseason along with other lacking body parts. this is my first contest season so I've never been lean enough to really see my flaws so I'm pumped now to change my body for the next year after June 18th!!
