Starting a training journal.. Obviously.

Workout Routine:
Monday -Biceps/Triceps
Tuesday - Chest/Back
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Quadriceps/Hamstrings/Calves
Friday - Delts/Traps

My diet plan:
-2,500 Calories a day
-200G of Protein per day (Will attempt to meet that)
-75G of Fat per day (Will try and have lesser if needed)
-256G of Carbohydrates per day (Will try and have lesser if needed)

Not really following a meal plan, will definitely try to stick that into this log once I actually have the resources required for it...

My goals:
-Lose the fat on my body. (Currently exceeding 20% bodyfat)
-Get my body into competition mode by next Summer.
-Gain a 1,250lb total by my senior year.
-Enjoy life, compete before I enlist.

GET IT DONE!
