adjust the ingredients according to your diet

the dressing
1/4 cup evoo 1/4 cup apple cider vinigar, 1-3 cloves minced garlic (3 is pretty spicy and my favorite)

the salad
grilled peppered chicken (season lightly)
grilled sliced apple
sliced mandarin orange
sliced roasted almonds
red onion
mixed salad greens
