just wondering if you guys ever get really bad lower back pumps while on cycle. im currently running 750 mgs/wk test enan and 20 mgs/ed dbol and my lower back gets really tight from the slightest thing. if you guys could tell me if certain compounds cause this or how to alleviate it, i would appreciate it.
take some taurine...dbol will do that to you...

how's ur estradiol levels? I use to get bad lower back pumps if I wasn't dosing my ai correctly, up ur ai I bet it will solve the problem, remember dbol converts to a faster more powerful form of estrogen so most likely your estrogen levels are high.

i havent gotten BW done, im only 2 weeks into the cycle. im using aromasin at 12.5 mgs/ed which is my norm. i usually dont go above that unless gyno flares up which hasnt happened.

Are you bulking? Lowering the food intake namely carbs eliminates it for me.

just because you aren't having gyno symptoms doesn't mean your estrogen levels are fine, you should consider increasing your ai.

Don't mean to hijack the thread, but how do you tell the difference between pain from lower back pumps and skeletal/disc damage? i'm having some back pain that coincides only with workout pump (ie after deadlifts and rows), but worry there might be a worse problem.

its is a bulk, and i have been hammering the carbs...but i dont think i want to lower my carb intake, im seeing some consistant gains and dont want to interrupt that.

i know just because im not having gyno symptoms that my estro is in check. i will try bumping my AI, but i always thought 25 mgs/ed of aromasin was a bit on the high side.

thanks joe, thats what im leaning towards.

The pain runs along the bottom of your back from side to side. Feels like some one is wrenching down on your erectors. I used to get them bad. Did not realize it was the dbols causing it at the time. Would have to lay on a bench for 20-30 minutes till it would go away. Was not taking AIs and was eating huge amount of carbs.

I cramp even on high doses of anavar. My fix to this issue was lowering sodium, carbs and supplementing with potassium. I think just the addition of potassium+taurine alone might alleviate some of your issues.

thanks for the info. i think i will start by bumping the AI first since i already have it. if that doesnt work then i will add in the taurine, and the potassium if need be. i dont really want to cut any of my carbs out, like i mentioned earlier im making steady gains right now and dont want to risk messing that up by cutting out nutrients.
thanks for all the replies gents. anyone know why certain compounds cause lower back pumps?

Yeah that's the kind of thing. High dose test early cycle with natural production and no AI. Whew! Didn't think my form was that bad I'd done back damage. thanks.

Lol!!! Fuckin blp... gh & peptides can do it also, but I think it really comes down to androgen levels. Not so much estrogen. I've been riding the tren train for too far long & jumped off into a g of Tcyp a week to frontload onto while cruising 800mg e7d... also 800mg eq last wk,600 this wk. Ghrp2 & igf1 Lr3.30mcg 2x's ed am & pm pwo.. gh in the am upon waking & I'm the middle of the nite...fast slin 20-30 min pre workout. 80g waxymaize & 2scps humapro while finishing up last 1/2 workout.. whole food meal 30min later....

Considering dumping all carbs for the duration of the week. To let this pumping effect go away. Delts, calves, tris, whatever.... it just loads up... fuckin stupid really..I do a set of pull ups

Not to hijack the thread. But my buddy has serious back pump issues. He gets them bad on Dbol 20mg ed so he's done with Dbol.
He still gets the back pumps off all orals but on lower dose testosterone 200-500mg/wk. So he goes off all AAS for 3 weeks and back pumps continued. Taurine doesn't do much to help the situation for him at all.
I can rock Dbol with Taurine 3-4gm daily and rarely if ever get back pumps.
What's his deal? AI too low? Too many carbs? Cut sodium and up potassium? Or is he just doomed to back pumps with any AAS use? Has anyone experienced back pumps on just Test or using Anavar?

i have never heard of anyone getting it that bad. i never got them at all regardless of what i ran. all of what you mentioned could possibly help him.
