Brigita- great condion. Wardrobe malfunction. Left stage early, came back. Thick lots of muscle. Striated tris.
Sarah bridges- not there for condition. Tan and oil are off. Hard to follow those first two.
Lyris Cappelle- looks beautiful. Great presentation. Slightly smaller version of Nicole ball. Titone says she needs one more week.
Aurelia grosajova- slightly off, but ripped lats, little bit tall for size
Cathy lafrancoise- striated glutes, tad bit of water on abs. She's still Cathy.
Mah Ann Mendoza - thick. Lots of muscle. Shorter. Dry and ripped glutes

Women's Finals - Fitness Routines

MICHELLE BLANK: Already qualified for the O, Miss congeniality routine, sticks the landings. Good manditory holds.

JODI BOAM: Martial arts theme. Kung Fu Fighting. Flexible. Mortal Kombat music. Great tumbler. Hams are splitting on the stretches. Strong. I love the strength moves. Future superstar.

SHERRY BOUDREAU: Good strength moves. Slight fault on a handstand. ACDC at the end, so I like.

MYRIAM CAPES: Flapper outfit...Chair prop. Super strong chair handstand. Really smooth leaping. Jack says........... “Smokin’” I like the silver outfit.

ALLISON ETHIER: Music cue mixup. Standing backflip. Executed a perfect worm, which I thought was cool. A few slight faults. Not the strongest routine.

RYALL GRABER: Some break dance elements. Good tumbles but a bit stiff. Strong girl. Suffers a bit because we already heard some of her music elements, not her fault.

CRYSTAL HECK: Super cute baseball player outfit. Having fun for sure, but a bit easier of a routine. But the backflips were great.

LATICIA JACKSON: lots fo music problems not the fault of the girls. She got it going after they got her music right. Super fexible. Tallest and very muscular. Leg behind head limber

MINDI OBRIEN: MINDI........Crowd loves them some Mindi. Nice moves off the hop. She’s laying it down, lots of floor work. Makes back handsprings look easy, like she just reaches back. Very strong.

MINNA PAJULAHTI: Performance Art type outfit......Ice. Nice headpiece. Streamer prop looks cool. She hits the ground really hard. Interpretive dance style.

KRISTINA ROJAS: Missed opening tumble. Hard landing. Music issues. She kept going (trooper) Missing strength moves a bit.

CARRIE SIMMONS: Star Trek reference, so she should win. (my joke) Lots of muscle. A little slow, needs more flair between moves. Strong.

SYLVIA TREMBLAY: Strong start.....good sense of timing and speed control. High energy 50‘s rock n roll feel. More personality than some. Not as hard of a routine as other.

STACY WRIGHT: Michael Jackson music. Top hat, the whole bit. Slight stumble (calf cramp?) Strong holds. Good triple back.

KHALID ALMOHSINAWI: Big and full. Good shape. Could be drier. Thick and 3D. Kovacs is impressed from front. Posing and transitions need work. Slow into shots. Lights may be bad.

SANTANA ANDERSON: Crowd yells loud. Lighting is terrible. He’s hard and full from front. Tad soft in glutes and hams. Ron’s says 6 pounds off. But still bigger than nats. Definitely not flat.

LIONEL BEYEKE: Legs are sick thick. Could be drier from back. Really round muscle bellies. Very impressive with NO missing parts.

FEDEL CLARKE: Hard to follow Lionel, needs more leg size. Shape isn’t there. Arms down from years back?

BRANDON CURRY: Driest one yet. Tiny waist. Still nobody is PEELED from back. Not yet. Curry is round and nice to look at. Classic shape with thick muscle bellies. Got better as he posed

OSCAR DEXTER: They are changing the stage spot, and he has better lights. Looks way harder as result. Dream Tan? Hardest so far easliy. Hams and glutes are BANG on. Suprise of the show (except Aceto told me he would show up like this one day). Looks good for sure.

They changed the line now and I think the other guys will look way better on the new line. Lights sucked ass.

FRANK McGRATH - Frank showed UP! From almost dead to this??? Frank did his homework. Ripped from the back. Needs more size in legs but really nice build. Looks good. Great color. Ripped

MARC LAVOIE: Dry for sure. Can almost hear the cuts (Aceto line that I stole) All shots are hard. Really ripped lats. hardest legs so far? Crab shot great. Not the best structure.

JARI MENTULA: Big dude, but shape isn’t there. Not flexing glutes, and I HATE that, because they would be ripped. Posing and presentation needs lots of work and he’d be way better.

ALEXANDRE NATAF: BEAST. Thick on Thick. really distended abs. Still too heavy, but cartoon character. Kovacs says he reminds him of Palumbo in his freaky thickness.

ROBERT PIOTRKOWICZ: DRY AS DESERT. Thick and crisp.....wait for the back shot.............yep. Dry and tight. Looks like he could squat 600 right now. Powerful look. Shape is the breaker.

CRAIG RICHARDSON:Uh Oh.........this is gonna be interesting. How can this possibly be less than 220lbs. Best glutes on stage so far. Gnarly. Small waist and it just makes him look crazy. Lots to look at.....very busy physique.

VARINDER SINGH: Not there for this level. He’s a big guy, but not right after seeing Craig. Big legs. Needs back and arms.

GREG ULYSSE: Huge hams that hang way down. Best I’ve ever seen him. lats that hang like tumors. Great condition.

MIKE VAN WYCK: Stage shakes. Not tight like he has been last two shows. Big dude. Thick ass back.

BEN WHITE: Ben didn’t get it done tonight. Soft from the back. It’s all there, but not. Needs more time to tighten up. Still has the killer shape, but just off enough to keep him out of the money.

CHRISTOPHER WHITE:Best arms on stage. Needs size in some spots, but what shape. That “young Ronnie Coleman” thing is all there in the front dbl.

Just a quick note here on our coverage.

A big thanks to Ron, Greg & Jack for doing the play by play and Mark Mason for getting the pictures uploaded. I want all of you that were impatient today with the coverage and the "lack of pictures" to consider this:

We are covering 2 major shows this weekend and are having to coordinate via text messages, emails, and phone calls. Everyone is working overtime to get you the photos and information you need, not to mention this is Ron & Greg's first time doing a play-by-play and with zero help.

As of this moment, we are the only website to have photos and results of the Toronto Pro in gallery. From what I understand, both our team and MD had some serious connection issues in Toronto, which Ron managed to work around with some fast thinking and hard work.

Please extend your thanks to these guys and be patient while we work as hard and fast as we can to get you the coverage you want.

John arendsz - too much oil, could be lights. Condition is very good, but could bena tad darker. hard. Looks good. Harder in back.

Rob Belisle- color spotty, but very hard. Full and ripped. Color hurting him becUse he is really grainy with streaks. Diced

Ginaluca catapano - weak legs. Good back. Good okay. Lights hurting everyone's color again? Needs leg sweep

Mboya - looks awesome. Very full. Ripped hams and glutes. Best ever for him. Can't wait to see him under better lights.

Vinny galanti- color needs work. Bit off. Nice shape and he is in shape and a great Poser

Jason joseph- needs to be harder but he's very lean. Think he just needs to be a tad fuller or drier. Nice shape

Luc molines- good condition. Vascular. Holding a bit of water and color is running. Shredded quads.

Amit Sapir- ripped and full bit could be harder. Ripped glutes. Lights hurting everyone. Color doesn't look smooth. Heavily muscled. Gets better as he poses.

Cvetko Stojmenovski - not in condition. 3-4 weeks out. Very thick.

Shaun tavernier- too much oil. Great shape, hard and freaky from the back. Needs to just dry out a tad.

Henderson Thorne - Canadian legend- color is a tad green? Dream tan plus bad lights?? Love his build but not hard enough to contend here. Still has that thick back

Vince Wawryk - dry from front, but needs to tighten up from back. Still structural issues are there but he's thick. Color not optimal.

Lou Joseph- looks very thick. Ripped hams but glutes aren't all in. Hopefully dries out a bit more. Freaky crab shot. Got harder as he posed. He could do major damage a tad more ripped.

Jason marcovici - blocky shape. Lots of injuries?? Quads? Biceps? Thick though.

We are covering 2 major shows this weekend and are having to coordinate via text messages, emails, and phone calls. Everyone is working overtime to get you the photos and information you need, not to mention this is Ron & Greg's first time doing a play-by-play and with zero help.

As of this moment, we are the only website to have photos and results of the Toronto Pro in gallery. From what I understand, both our team and MD had some serious connection issues in Toronto, which Ron managed to work around with some fast thinking and hard work.

Based on the pics at Rxmuscle:

Craig has the most asthetic physique outside of Brandon Curry in this show. Craig was freaking pealed! And he's made some notable improvements in his physique. Remember that Craig, although a solid 2nd tier pro, has not won much on the pro level but has almost always seemed to qualify for the O several times (2004, 05, 08, 10). He deserved the win in this judgemental, subjective sport.

Lionel is massive with great round muscle bellies. He has a dominating physique but has to be 100% in shape. He has time to mature and this was a good placing for him. There were pre-picked 1 & 2 with Craig the fav going into the show.

Brandon Curry has brought his legs up in size but cannot come in the shows as conditioned as he should to show off his classic physique. Why is this? His legs are bigger, yes... but still lack the detailed, depth in seperation. Shame... cause he's got the goods. 3rd may have been given a gift???

Frank, the Animal motivator, McGrath... This dude is motivational to the hardcore almost as much as Branch Warren. If it were not for his tricep and auto accident he could be much scarrier than he is now. His conditioning was on but not sure why his pics are not on Rx? Could of easily been 3rd, maybe even 2nd, regardless of the tricep... silly really!

Robert P was F'ing pealed but his lack of stature plus blocky waist will hold him back. His torso is just not long enough to get away with that blockiness per a Branch Warren. But dude looked good enough to be in the top 3!

Ben White looked better than the NY Pro but not nearly back to his glory. The sands of the hour glass...

Taking a year off for sure. Hurt my knee last year 3 weeks before Canadas and then trained on it for another 3 weeks to NAs. Thought it would heal up with some rest but it's been fucked. Apparently, I had a small tear in the quad tendon and it healed, but left scar tissue that has caused tightness and pain. It will seem fine,then flare up if I train a bit too hard, so I'm just resting and rehabing.

Don't think it's gonna be much longer. I wanted time to improve too, so all is good.
