View Full Version : Women's Physique in Nov (22 wks)
I need honest advice...with all the body fat I have is it possible to diet down and be in good shape by november for a show? I am 5'3 and I currently weigh 149 lbs. I know I have a lot of work to do and any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

certainly. do you have an idea of what weight you need to be?
My best guess is about 120 lbs. They say u don't have to come in as shredded and lean as bodybuilding so I'm not too positive.

id start at abot 18-20 wk out to be safe.

You can certainly get your weight to 120, but then the question will be whether or not you'll have an appropriate physique for that division...I dont think you'll have enough muscle to really compete in bodybuilding, so Womens Physique would probably be the best guess at this point.

yes go for it. At 5'3" id set the goal to be 115 lbs they arent going for very thick women so far at the national level, if you get to 120 and it looks right then you should have 3 weeks to spare:-)
