you would be surprised, there is technique in that lift.

I'm not surprised at all - i'm familiar with strongman and the technique involved - I was just making a joke that he wasn't strong at all and it was all technique. ;)

will have to say after seeing a few of these in competition it is more a side press than regular dumbbell press
