Contest time in 5 wks... The npc Az state open Bodybuilding championship July 23.. I'm 40 yrs .. bbing 12.. lifting 23..
Goin to run : 100mg tren eod...100mg masteron eod...300mg primo e3d...400mg T400 e5d..
1mg arimidex eod...150mcg T3 ed..(I have taken thyroid meds since childhood. Used to be t4/t3blend. But t3 is the hit...8iu somatropin gh ed.., 3 spaced inj [email protected]%bf
I am 5'10" although.. I do use slin pwo,at times..
Not always.. depends on feelings....diet is so spot on. I'm actually growing into the show...3,450 are where my cals are...gonna post pics tomarrow after I get some taken @ the gym..

Good luck bro. What kind of contest diet are you doing? Carb cycling or Keto?

Ya know, I just kinda juggled my carbs around.. I may go 3 days below 80, then blast to 250... or go 80,80,50,225,125,50,80......all from sweet potato,oatmeal,brown rice,waxy maize. Some raisins once n awhile w oats. Ff butter spray, splenda,cinnamon. Turkey breast,chick,tilapia. Lean steaks,buffalo. Green.beans,asparagus. Broccoli. Fats,almond butter,natty pb,fish oil.

Ya know, I just kinda juggled my carbs around.. I may go 3 days below 80, then blast to 250... or go 80,80,50,225,125,50,80......all from sweet potato,oatmeal,brown rice,waxy maize. Some raisins once n awhile w oats. Ff butter spray, splenda,cinnamon. Turkey breast,chick,tilapia. Lean steaks,buffalo. Green.beans,asparagus. Broccoli. Fats,almond butter,natty pb,fish oil. Thank you bro... just wish I was thicker..fuckin 5'10" lol!! Can a 40yr old man grow 40lbs of muscle ? Even 20 ?

Can you get black rice where you are? When I am cutting I prefer it over brown rice for sure, tastes better and has a shit ton of fiber. 20lbs of muscle can be put on at your age for sure, you just have to make sure when you bulk that your food intake is spot on, not like when you are younger, lol.

Also, what kind of cardio are you doing? and how much?

got on a real scale..198 @ 5.2%. Caliper method by a very reputable trainer. Leaner than I thought. Cardio is usually fasting in am. Stepmill lately, 25min hiit, or steady state up to 45min.. elliptical, t mill also.. I mix it up.. carbs are rotated around everyday. No higher than 300g.. no lower than 50g. Protein is 375-400g per day. Fats from fish oil, avacodos & almond butter. I like black wild rice. Mostly sweet potato, quinua (sp)? . Oatmeal. Waxy maize.. table sugar pwo.. I got a tolerance for carbs.. so ill drop 8-10more lbs, dump some h20, carb load & do the damn thing..keepin sodium high, then dropping it Thursday before the show. Wont go salt free tho...keepin a lil..
