Is it mandatory or neccesary for a company to send out peptides with or without cold packs?...... will the heaat mess up the aminos from the peps?....

no. well, domestic anyway. assuming their is some degree of temperature control during transit and storage, they will be fine. its the long term exposure of heat and light that can degrade products.
