Has anyone ever heard of Anatrop from Troponin nutrition? It is a post workout supplement drink. I have been hearing some guys at my gym talk about it. Was wondering if anyone may have more info or has used it. I am looking for a better post-workout supp then Cell-Mass. Thanks...

Try this post-workout protocol:

40-70g Vitargo or waxy maize
10g BCAAs
5g leucine
3-5g creatine
200-300mg R-ALA

20 minutes later drink 25-35g whey isolate

45-75 minutes after the whey have a whole food meal containing carbs, protein, and small amounts of healty fats.

Yeah, right after your workout, mix the 40-70g Vitargo or waxy maize with 10g BCAAs, 5g leucine, 3-5g creatine, and 200-300mg R-ALA


Then, 20-25 minutes later drink 25-35g whey (preferably whey isolate)


Then, 45-75 minutes after the whey protein, have a whole food meal containing carbs, protein, and small amounts of healty fats.
