ahhhh...two a days, how I love thee...

I have exactly 12 days until Team U. I have to tell you that I am amped up and excited to get back onto a Pro-Qualifying stage.

Last year I competed at the Coastals and took first in Bikini Open D. I then set my eyes on North Americans in Ohio. I placed a respectable 5th in Open and 4th in Masters. The National circuit was a whole new ball game for me to experience. I'm not sure that I was ready for it last year.

I competed locally this year at the Diamond Classic in Boca. I took the overall master's bikini title in April.

I decided to do a regional show in Pittsburg. I was happy to leave with a few trophies. I placed 2nd in Bikini Open C class. I placed first in Masters C class and won the Overall Master's Bikini Title in Pittsburg in May.

I am now on my journey to the Pro-Qualifier in New Jersey, Team U.
My goal and ultimate aspiration is to hold my pro-card by the end of this year.

Stay posted on my journey and follow me on twitter... Fitchelle

xoxo,
RR

What are bio-identical hormones? Tell me more about your job! I am fascinated!

I am a wellness specialist at Age Management Optimal Wellness Centers.
I teach people how to eat, train, and get to their ultimate goal of physical fitness.
However, as we age we lose essential Hormones. Just like we lose essential vitamins and minerals when we train. If you supplement the loss of vitamins and minerals as you train you stay in shape. The same principle is true with Hormones. We require our patients to have extensive blood tests done to evaluate the level of hormonal change that has happened in the body.

Bioidentical Hormones involves the use of natural hormones to make up for the decline or lack of natural hormones produced in a person's body. During the aging process, declining hormone levels can cause a person to become overweight, lose muscle mass and skin elasticity, and become easily fatigued. Bioidentical Hormones are available for both men and women.
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy is the use of supplemental doses of naturally occurring hormones, versus conventional hormone replacement therapy, which often involves the use of chemicals and synthetics that have hormone activity but are not normally found in the human body.

The term "Bioidentical" is used because these hormones are chemically synthesized to be identical to the naturally occurring hormones of the human body. Bioidentical Hormones are usually made from the components of plants and are custom-mixed formulas containing various hormones that are chemically identical to those naturally made by your body.

so close - you must be so excited.

I get ya on the hormones... I just started HRT about a year ago... AMAZING difference. Although I had to search out a doctor in this area that believes in doing that, because my female doc doesn't... wth? You just want me to be a bitch for years to come?? I don't think so!

did AM cardio at Calta's again today. I need to go to PowerHouse Gym in Downtown Tampa for a change of view...lol

I have 8 days until Team U, and I feel like my body is finally giving me the results that I have been working so diligently towards. I can see changes, and I know that I am the most critical of myself.

It's exciting to watch your body transform because of diet and exercise. Physiology is truly magic! I'm fascinated by the way my body will respond to the variables that I give it.

Have an amazing day everyone...

ok, i took a little break over the weekend from the computer to get my mind right for Team U.
I did every workout, every cardio session, ate every meal to plan, and didnt get wild during the holiday. Trust me, nothing worth having comes without sacrifice!!!!
I'll party after Team U with my Bombshell Teammates and enjoy every waking minute of it.
There is no time to lay down and let time and life pass me by.

5 days out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure if you have a place like the one I work with near you Gail. You could always do a phone consult if you are interested in seeing what we can do for your health.
Have a great day!
