I haven't taken a creatine supplement for almost 6 months and just got restocked. Should I go through a loading phase or just take it before and after workouts. thanks

No, just take 3-5 grams with meal #1, and 3-5 grams post-workout.

I think I remember Layne Norton saying that if you load it, it takes effect faster, but you don't have to.

I loaded on my last cycle and didnt notice anything different I guess. I wont load next time, I start again next monday. Usually the exact same as everyone else said.
