looking forward to seeing your progress... it's been a long time since i seen someone prep with so much fish so far out from the show - why the fish preference and what kinds do you like to use?

Thats some good weight your pulling. It seems like your diet is really high protein. What do is the macro breakdown? What are your stats?

Def looks like high protein/ moderate carb and trace fat. Actually looks too low carb to be doing no direct fats. I dont know his body though.

"Why fish" - Just from my experience, my body seems to respond better than using any other low fat protein source. I eat chicken all off-season so by the time I am ready to diet I am sick of it.

"Macro Breakdown" - I didn't even calculate it. I was eating a pound of chicken every meal in the off-season, I dropped that significantly to 9oz for most meals and added a 7th meal. I am just going by feel right now as I get closer I will really lock down the ratios.

"0 fats"- Ya, I will throw them back into the diet in about a week depending on how fast I lose. Nothing set in stone, everything could change tomorrow, I have a long way to go but I am sure I will end up eating a ton of food by the end.

My stats- 5'11, this morning 224lbs
Last show was the 2010 Atlantic States where I got 2nd to Shawn Harris in the Heavyweight class

Thank you sir, it was a good off-season and I am looking forward to see what I have done. I know what you're saying, that show was stacked. It was a great time. Steve puts on great shows; I would do another one if they weren't so far.

I just want to thank Dave again for the opportunity to work the species booth at the USA's and hopefully get the chance to do it again soon. Species has great people working for them, if you get a chance, introduce yourself to them at the next show.
