So I am not really new to this website. I took a little vacation for a while to go ahead and get some life things together and have found my way back here. Why because RX was always kick ass so let's see how this goes.
I was an athlete for a long time who relied on talent and physical abilities such as leaping ability, agility and speed to keep me ahead of everyone else. Now that I haven't played in some years and now just play sports for fun I decided why not take a stab at this weightlifting stuff since everyone I know keeps telling me I would be good at it.
No gym as of yet. Still working out some financials to get hooked up with one but will eventually get there. So I decided to go with more of a bodyweight circuit training, crossfit style training until i get some weights. I will probably start another journal just to keep track of things and look forward to getting advice from some of the best and most hardcore people out there.
