I made this last week and thought I would share pics! Thanks again for the recipe, Tammy!
Note: I didn't have oat bran, so I just used 1/2 cup fiber one.

You can make the crust thinner. I used a smaller pan, so my crust took the shape of it, which made it thicker. If anyone has suggestions for making the crust crunchier, however, that would be cool... it was a little soft for my liking, but otherwise a great-tasting alternative to the real deal!

Thanks, I try to make clean pizzas every once in awhile.
I use a whole wheat tortilla as a crust, its both thin and crunchy and good and you can put anything on it.

that looks nice. waht is the macronutrient breakdown of the entire pizza you made roughly?
what is a magic bullet? like a blender? does the dough need to be kneaded or?

Fiber One (1/2 cup)
Cal: 60
Fat: 1g
Carbs: 25g (14.2g from fiber)
Protein: 2g
5 egg whites (according to calorieking.com)
Cal: 86
Fat: .3g
Carbs: 1.2g
Protein: 18g
Plus however much tomato you use and also depending on if you use fresh or canned, low sodium, etc.
A serving of part skim mozzarella is around 80 cal, 5g fat, 1g carbs, 8g protein.
The magic bullet is similar to a blender. I don't have one, but I do have a super cheap grinder-type thing that I used and then hand mixed it with the egg whites.
