Day 2 of training!
Still alive lol! Actually training has become more a lifestyle for
Me, eating clean, exercising. No different then an everyday
Routine in my life! Which makes a huge difference. When I trained for my 1st competition I have no idea where to start, of course my trainer had everything ready for me! And thank god for that or else I would have collapsed! Going out with friends, camping, sledding trips to revy, all these fun weekend were very challenging! But I did pull through it and loved the results! All very worth it! This time for my next comp I'm gonna train even harder! Now that I know what to expect I can work twice as hard! I am however making things more challenging by going camping for 7 days! I will stick to the diet but the cardio is what worries me! Any ideas on what I could do? Different ideas? I'm bringing my bike! And of course will be running/walking but if anyone has better more fun cardio ideas please fill me in :)
