From what I've seen on the boards it seems that 2ml is the standard volume for pep recon. I've fit 3ml in the little vials before. I feel the extra volume leaves less room for error when pulling back the right amount of tics. And it makes the product less potent volume per volume so there is less mcg lost in the tip after pinning. Does anyone else here do their research with more than 2ml per vial?

That makes a lot of sense to me but being new to peps I'm not sure how much value my opinion has.... ;)

ive used 3ml in research as well...but only if the pep is dosed more than 2000mcg...

make sure you are doing your math correct. some are 2000mcg bottles, some are 1000mcg. but yes, I use two ml's.

i use 6mls for igf. 1/10th a ml is @16.6mcg which i count as 15. makes 30 or 45mcg easy to pull and more accurate with the little bit that you lose in the needle, etc.

Yes, I always calculate the potencing according to the mcg/recon solution ratio simply by dividing the mcg's in the vial by how many tics of solution gets put in.
