Is it necesary to aspirate while injecting subq around the stomach fat?......

Whats the chance of maybe hitting a vein?.....

No, you don't need to aspirate. You will hit a vein every so often. For me it just makes a little bruise that goes away in a couple days. If you do hit one, chances are you will go through it and into the fat on the other side. The veins in the abdominal above the belly button are fairly small. Also, the leaner you get the easier it is too see them and avoid.

so its nothing serious like hitting a vein in a IM injection....
