Just put this together-little movie about my first ever powerlifting meet i did few months ago-where i hit elite total of 1710lbs(SPF federation) got 1st place in 242lb raw class and was best raw lifter of the meet..:beerbang:

Thank you! I really wanted that 700lb DL-would've been 3x's my body weight-but couldn't hold on to it at the top-i'm used to pulling with wrist straps(at my gym we can not use chalk...)

Awesome lifting. Next time you should look at cutting some water weight and compete at 220s, you could really do some damage there with your total.

that's proly where i need to try to get down to-220's and still try to hit same #'s or more haha :yep: ... current #1 total for SPF 1800lbs-that's big for 220class but #2 is around my total...so we will see

10lbs isn't too hard to cut, Matt Kroc would regularly drop 20-30lbs the day before weigh-ins, and a friend of mine that competes at 181s regularly cuts the day before weigh-ins withoout a problem.
