Read a few of the studies, on Arginine and its lack of performance, and how GPLC will be the future of most SCIENCE (not marketing) based pre-workout products

I started using GPLC 2 workouts ago. I have felt a pretty good pump and have 2 really good workouts. But I also started using beta alanine a week ago. So I'm not sure if it's the beta alanine or the GPLC that is contributing.

Wait, let me see if I have this right.
A company that markets GPLC has a fancy website with links to scientific studies (likely that they sponsored) that promotes their product? And that is unlike the marketing that other supplement companies do how?

I wonder if the OP has stumbled upon this site yet- http://www.hmb.org/

Imagine my wonder, they have studies, too. I bet HMB is going to be the SCIENCE based supplement of the future!

These aren't studies they are just graphs with simple explanations.

Did you read the studies and the sources from which they originated or did you just take a glimpse and assume it was like all other supplement ads?
