6 Days Out AR State

Hey Guys and Gals I've not posted in a while but I wanted to share with you pics at the 6 day out mark for my State Show. I'll be competing in 50+ Masters and Open LW's..I'm flat as a $2 tire but we've not started to load yet will do that starting Wed and my carbs and fats have been very, very low trying to get down to weight. I should be better for this show than the one I did in May as I am a tad bigger. Ya'll let me know what you think...

Looking great Gary, really on point with your conditioning. Keep flexing them quads to bring out even more lines. Your back is off the hook! Shows are won from the back, everyone has a good front. You should do very well indeed.

Thanks for all the kind words Guys..I really want this one will most likely be the last time I do my home State show, I plan to give everything I've got to Masters Nationals next year and hang up the trunks after that. My GF has given up so much to help me over the last 3 years doing these shows, it's my time to return the favor and let her go back to playing tournament tennis and supporting her. As everone of you know our sport is 24-7 and it's trying on family and relationships, let's face it when we diet as hard as we must it doesn't put us in the best of moods. She is more improtant to me than winning swords and statues and it's time I proved it to her!

Hey Guy's and Gal's just wanted to let everyone know I had a pretty good night..I won the Masters 50+ and also the Open Lightweights at the Arkansas State Bodybuilding Championships. The icing on the cake came the day after when Sawaeng my Girlfriend agreed to become my wife.
