I'm a few days shy of 52, but wtf - here's the pics! LOL - My progress over the past 4 year from doughboy to....

I'm a little discouraged by the slow progress, but there is no where to go but up so I'm hoping to add 20lbs to 221 this year and hit a nice 9-10% BF.

hey - thanks all for the encouragement - guess this means i'll have to plan to improve again for next year's b-day post!
