Your conditioning is spot on. You do need to add some back width. Good luck with the show.

i would really add some high cal refeed days at this point... if you are not already. you know you have a crazy metabolism and i dont want to see you burn muscle beng this lean this far out.

Thank you Tammy. I have been doing some re-feed days. Are you thinking maybe one or two per week and cut down as I get closer? Is there a calorie level I should try to hit? I am around 1750-1850 these days, but yesterday had 1965. Thanks again.

up daily cals to about 2000. and add 2 refeeds a week imo

side chest pose is all off. Look at some pros and how they hit. You are crunching and look all painful in your face.

Lat spread hands placement is also off.

Conditioning is nice.

I like tammys recs or upping food at this point and having some high carb days it will only improve you the hard part is done.
