To all who may be interested,
I will be running a journal here of my journal to the All South Championships Bodybuilding that occurs on November 5, 2011. The original plan was to compete on November 18, 2011 at the All National located at South Beach. Plans took a turn after speaking with my nutritionist/trainer about plans for the upcoming year.

If any of you know my history then you know I have come a LONG ways over the post few years. To summarize the event for who may not may know, I was diagnosed with a heart disease at the age of 20 and nearly did not make it home three weeks later from laying in the hospital bed. I lost a significant amount of weight over the time I was in there; approximately 40 lbs.

When I leave the hospital, I was 103 lbs. I am not here for sympathy. I am here to share my journey November 5 with you all.

My stats now:

24 years old
182 lbs
5'6"

The plans for the competition will be to compete at the top of welter weight class and KILL IT!!

I have been dieting for 2 weeks now and begin at a weight of 187.
