Love making oats this way and prefer them over warm.

Basic recipe:
1 Cup Oats
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Cup Milk (I use almond for lower calorie)

You can then use ton's of mix'ins for flavoring and variety.
SF/FF Pudding (i use cheesecake/vanilla) the powder
Splenda
Cinnamon
Whey/Casein Powder

Top with:
Fresh Fruit
Cereal,
Crushed up Nuts
Candy Bars...
Etc etc..

Let it sit in fridge at least 6-8 hours or overnight

As much as you want to hit the macros/calories on your meal.

Taste is based off the individual. Of course i played around with the amounts, hence why i said "As much as you need to hit the macros/calories in that meal"
