you could always pan fry it, put some mushrooms and some dill in there and you're g2g

There's lots of different ways one easy and tasty way is to marinade the chicken in balsamic vinegar, olive oil & garlic then pan fry.

It is pretty good I put a little franks on it gives it a little flavor. I like cooking this because I can put it on at night and have my meals ready the next day. I eat 10 hp tabs and 2tbs of pb in-between.

Ms Dash really tastes good, I use both the original and bbq one on my chicken breasts, I like to mix breats and thighs now as I like the brown meat better, costs less as well so it's a win/win.

I cook well in a pan also, but either way, they're easy recipies.

marinate and BBQ if its too dry ur over cooking it.

Baking is good too, if it lacks taste your not seasoning it properly my chicken is awesome.

You can do what jrod does and put BBQ sauce in a oven safe pan and dump the chicken in an cook it all together

I pan cook them. I throw a table spoon of Mac nut oil in, mrs. Dash southwest seasoning, and then squirt sriracha over the top of them.

I can cook about 2 lbs at a time. I really want to look into getting a crock pot though. Maybe a commercial one that is 18 quarts.

No I don't add any other spices. I was trying to leave as clean as possible. It depends on how you stir it, it will break up the chx if you stir hard. It is really tender.

Do you put the rice in raw or cooked? What are the macros per how big of a serving? I'd like to try this sometime...seems like it would make getting in the proper amount of clean cals a lot easier

Hell, I even do it with my burgers.

My wife doesn't let me cook for her at all. Says everything is either under or over cooked. :dunno:

The rice goes in uncooked. You can put the crock pot on High for the first hour then put it to low. Just stir it every once In a while. You'll know it's done when the rice is done and the fluid Is gone. normally about 3 hours. U can add a 1/4 th cup of water around the edges toward the end to prevent sticking.

I havnt done the macros on it. I usually just scoop out two cups of it. For work I'll make sure the meals weigh at least 13oz each.

I sometimes crock pot: throw the breast in the pot garlic salt, black pepper, onion powder and add just enough water to cover the breasts. push a button and it can be done in 6, 8 or 10 hours (depending on what button I push). So tender it falls apart taking it out of the pot. I pull it all apart and add black bean and corn salsa to it.

When that gets old I chop the breasts up in lil cubes and stir fry it in black pepper, garlic salt and onion powder. When done I'll add chopped baked new potatos and top it off with chedder cheese.

I throw about 4-5 breasts into a crock pot, put some mcCormick seasoning in it and then take out the chicken as I need it during the day - at night, I put more back in. It's actually perfect.

I clean the pot in between batches... so every night. But I do leave it in overnight and all through the next day. I clean it out because the water gets a bit funky and I like to add different seasonings each time.

those of you that crock pot cook , what size crock pot do you guys have? I think mine is like 6-7 quart and can only cook 3.5 pounds of raw chicken breast. it would be nice to cook like 5 pounds at a time. i might start using my huge turkey roaster, i could probably fit like 10 pounds in that thing.

Doesn't the crock-pot take like 5-7 hours to fully cook? I never cooked with Crock pot but everyone I know cooks with it these days to have their chicken breast to last them for 3 days etc...

So all you do is put in up to 6 lb of Chicken Breast or any meats just add water til it's drowned and condiments/herbs/spices as you like?

and 5-6 hours boom = fully lean, white, cooked?

I should invest into this and tupperwares!

:)

I just switched it up a few days ago. I just bake a 3lb pack of chicken thighs boneless with salt, pepper and a little olive oil. On 375 for an hour. Pretty easy.

spike the breast with a fork on both sides....lather with fresh lemon juice and water then let it sit in the solution over night

bake in over with lemon/garlic seasoning

sometimes i go with other seasonings but that way makes it stay juicy and good tasting

McCormick makes some tasty seasonings. I like the mesquite, tomato basil, chipotle pepper.

I grill 4-5lbs a couple times a week. Tupperwear is my friend.

I cut my chicken breasts into .5" to 1" pieces and marinate for an hour or more with either McCormick's Sesame Ginger or Terriyaki marinade. Set oven to 375 and pour chicken out evenly onto tin foil in baking pan. Sprinkle chicken with Old Bay Seasoning and Garlic Powder and bake for 18 minutes. Comes out fantastic EVERY time.
