Brian Shaw update

I spoke with Brian this morning and he tells me that training is going fantastic. He is really looking forward to this years WSM and his pairings. his only conern was that the qualifying events are significantly heavier than years previous. case in point is a dumbbell medley in his qualifying group. their are 3 dumbbells ranging from the 220 opener to a 264 beast never seen in competition before. only one person has ever lifted the 264 with success. then the events get heavier in the finals.
