Didnt get to the condition I was hoping for, but was a great motivational tool to get me off my butt after the surgery.

One more. Planning on the Central Texas show on October 29th. Gonna relax next couple days then get back on tighter diet and cardio regimine.

Thanks babe!! Able to do cardio and legs a little better these days, so should be bringing in a better package(read, leaner) for next show in 7 weeks.

Just the fact that you're up there competing after all you've been through is a huge success. You're going to be amazing in 7 weeks. Can't wait to see!

lol the first pic bench looks like he has no tan lol and the other dudes are burned up but bencher you look better than them, your a good guy bencher and you smashed them a big hug to you my bro!

Ran little carbs in the morning, proteins in fats throughout rest of day. Cardio was hard. As in legs didnt really allow for much strenuous activity. Just walking at incline on treadmill, stationary bike. 35-40 minutes once to twice a day. This round going 2 times daily of at least 45minutes. And going tighter on diet. Have to make up for extra size with conditioning.

so basically you were doing a keto style diet?....What im going to do also now that i am down to 212 after being on 230....im going to use little carbs from bananas and protein throughout the day mainly from chicken beef and turkey....and do about 45 mins of cardio after my workout....doing step master and treadmill hopefully by november 1st get down to 190 188 which is possible
