mac oil is delicious! I switched last week for my last week prep, I love it on my salad! I can't wait to use it again for my fat load.

In the past I have used walnut oil, but not for Daves diet. Dave introduced me to macademia nut oil and it just has such a unique taste that makes my food taste good. I could tolerate the oil a lot better than other oils i have used. I do like the walnut oil and I would think it would go great with Daves diet as they are very high in omega-3 fatty acids
