thanks to nathan for letting me in on trying this product. im starting a new program today...changing from a pro fbb to pro wpd, and need to down size. so along w cutting my weight training, adding more cardio and following a contest type diet, i will also be adding N2B. i am currently taking NO OTHER SUPPS. vitamins only.

ill start tomorrow and follow up in a couple days with my progress.

didnt take my 2nd dose wed due to a root canal...fml!

so far...sweating more from cardio....no jitters.

You will sweat a lot more; especially during cardio. Make sure you bring extra clothers!! :yep:

i am down 3 lbs from before the 0...now mind you...i ate like i was on death row in vegas. ice cream, buffets, fudge....shit i had dessert at breakfast~so very happy about that. i also like the no jitters. i am a hairdresser...alot of thermos i cant take since i need steady hands.

All things considered that's some good progress... Gotta love buffets- the whole "breakfast dessert", slays me, lol... My buddy just got back from south shore Tahoe, where he went to jarrahs, and he can't stop raving about "breakfast dessert", lol.

got my cheat meal early....had it last night instead of sat. really liking it pre cardio...but i need my fan on high bc i sweat so much.

So are your cheats structured or do you get to eat within reason and whatever you want? How much cardio are you doing? do you get a cheat once a week or when PJ thinks it is needed?

you bring a personal fan with you to do cardio? or home cardio?

we planned every 2 weeks. but we are going to see how i progress bc hes worried they may make me too anabolic. my luck right? cardio is 45-60. weights almost none.

down 4 lbs from when i started. 2.5 weeks in.

well i am at the 4 week point (or will be monday) on this new plan. weight is down 6 lbs though i dont think any is muscle! i do pics for pj and ill see what he wants to do w the next four weeks. feeling good though. and liking being this lean off season.

thats what i like to hear, losing weight thats not muscle is an awesome feeling

so how do you like doing that much cardio and no weights? george had you at no cardio or maybe 30 mins tops. what a change but i am sure it is needed to breakdown the muscle you have.

7 weeks into plan. down 9 lbs. taking n2b at noon time as well since it doesnt give me the jitters.
