ground beef recipes?

anyone have any suggestions for cooking lean ground beef, other than forming it into a patty and grilling it like a hamburger? Would be nice to eat it some other way besides plain...

Ground Beef Taco Salad

extra lean ground beef
lettuce
salsa
low fat cheese
onion
taco seasoning

Cook ground beef and onions. Add taco seasoning. Put a bed of lettuce on a plate. Cover with ground beef mixture. Top with salsa and cheese.

meat loaf

1 lb ground beef
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 cup or less oats
2 eggs

chop and mix all then form into a loaf and bake covered at 375 for 30 mins
then uncover and bake 30 mins
then cover with ketchup or bbq sauce and broil until sauce gets sticky
done

1lb ground beef
1-2 cups of brown rice
1 can of black beans
1/2 can of spinach leafs
1/2-1 packet of sloppy joe seasoning or taco seasoning

cook the beef and rice seperate....when the beafs almost done cooking, add rice, add beans and spinach

when everythings done cooking, add seasoning.....i like to add some seasoning, then as i'm putting the final product in a container, i add some more seasoning, put the lid on and shake
