How do you guys fix it when you lose weight from Keto diet way too fast.

I just started my Keto diet a few days ago. I felt like I am losing body fat from my waist already. Today is my fourth day for my Keto diet. Yesterday I was 195 and today 192. Do you think it's normal or I lose weight too fast?

By the way, I measure my body fat by using Omron Fat Loss Monitor. Does this thing accurate? Because I measured yesterday with this, it said I have 17% bodyfat. Today I have 17.8%. and my mass decreased a little bit. Should I trust this thing?

Melp me, I'm Newbie Keto Amateur.

First week is usually a big weight loss. It should slow up after that to a normal rate.

I believe it is because you shed a lot of water when your body first gets depleted of carbs.

One gram of glycogen holds about three grams of water.

As you use up your glycogen stores you lose water weight.

The impedance scales can flutuate quite a bit with water weight, as water in the muscle will allow the current to pass through it and fat won't, so it will change with water composition of muscle, and you are losing the water content of your muscles as you deplete glycogen.

There is also an inherent error in any measurement, and unless you dropped a phenomenal amount of money on scales, there is going to be a much higher degree of error to the scales.

0.8% is completely insignificant with regards to the accuracy of these scales.

There are numerous weight loss techniques, which will help you to loose your weight, but the biggest hurdle in doing so is to find the most effective and the best simple weight loss technique. The result of any technique actually varies from person to person depending on many factors, but still there are techniques, which prove to be the best and effective in most of the cases.

I lost nearly that in one workout if you go back a million years to h.s. wrestling.

But it was six or so pounds of sweat.

Whatever diet you choose to lose, consistency is the key.

I held my Wednesday Morning Weigh-in religiously. My goal was two pounds loss per week.

And I hit that goal weeks at a time, but it was five pounds the one week early on and so I threw in an extra cheat meal to slow the weight loss.

Wishing you success! Create a journal here if you haven't.

Again, consistency is key, but camaraderie (and the feedback that comes with it) is a close second. :)

The first thing is to go for exercises, as they help to shed accumulated fat by burning them. It can prove to be fast weight loss technique, if followed strictly and under the guidance of some well experienced trainer. These exercises include jogging, cycling, aerobics, gym, yoga etc. Out of all these exercises walking is the simple weight loss techniques. Recent studies have shown walking at least for half an hour can burn out considerable amount of fat. You can take stair case instead of lift, while climbing up your office or apartment building. You can also try to walk, if the distance you want to cover is small.

Eat fruits and vegetables rich in fibers, vitamins and antioxidants. They fill up your stomach fast and are also low in calories and help to keep your calorie count low.
