After anxiously waiting for my N2Burn to arrive I received it on Monday night and began it on 9/20 at a starting weight of 176.
510am-up and dreading my normal cardio session.
520am- 2 cups of coffee and 1 N2Burn before fasted cardio.
530am-Began cardio and can feel the extra kick of energy and excitement kicks in as I am eager to see how it works out.
430pm-30 mins pre-workout I pop a N2Burn and get ready for a war with weights while training back.
630pm-energy is still high post workout

Wed 9/21
510am-back up for cardio with the usual 2 cups of coffee and a N2Burn.
530am-feeling good during cardio and not so groggy.
430pm-30min pre-workout I pop a N2Burn and slam my shoulders feeling strong and unstoppable

Thurs 9/23
510am up for cardio, 2 cups of coffee, 1 N2Burn
530am- began cardio with high intensity
430pm- 30 min pre-workout: 1 N2Burm and took the pythons to the vet with a 30 min time limit.
530pm: jacked, pumped, vascular

Fri 9/23
510am up for cardio 2 cups of coffee 1 N2Burn.
530am: forearms, traps, cardio.

Sat 9/24
Rest day. 1 N2Burn in am/ 1 in pm and still feeling great!

Mon 9/26
After a whole 3.5 hours of sleep I'm up by 5am remembering I didn't prepare the coffee (doh!) and looking forward to a N2Burn
35 mins into cardio and I'm feeling lazy and having a hard time keeping the heart-rate up, (damn lack of sleep!!)but I'm producing a decent amount of sweat which I'm sure is part of the core heater ingredient in N2Burn

Up @520am for cardio and bumped up the intake to 2 N2Burn as suggested prior to beginning cardio.
540am-began cardio still w/ out coffee :O
640am-drenched in my own sweat #WINNING

550-can def feel the yohimbine kicking in as I sweat profusely.

7pm-post weight cardio
for 30 mins.
As fatigued as I am I still managed to knock it out while keeping my targeted heart-rate :)

Evening weights: 2 N2BURN and no energy. Just one of those days where I had to dig deep

10/6 16 days out
AM cardio with two 2N2BURN caps still working for me

Evening
Two N2BURN caps weights while lifting legs: great energy!

10/7 15 days out
AM cardio with 2 cups coffee and two N2BURN-mission accomplished

PM weights: two N2BURN caps. Energy is there but not as high. I'm sure I'm under rested and over trained

Hey here's a question- obviously you're not trying to get ultra shredded for your show, as it's mpd, but what are you planning to do to bring your desired look? Are you gonna manipulate water intake? Sodium? Carb load? I'm just curious what your approach for these final days is gonna be....

I'm trying not to come in "too hardened" but when your dieting like you would for bodybuilding it's almost impossible.
I'm still carb cycling with 4 low and 1 high day. I'll start using less condiments (less Splenda and no more drenching my spinach, chicken, and sweet potatoes in "I Can't Believe Its Not Butter" spray tomorrow in addition to boiling my chicken. Up at 5am for 1 hour cardio. As usual, pouring sweat and energy is some-what high considering I'm 8 days out.

1100AM 2 N2BURN after having 1/2 cup of oats and 10 egg whites 3 hours earlier.
Weights (arms/abs) plowed thru it, minimal sweat

Went to bed at midnight and up @520 for cardio.
1 cup of coffee/ 2 N2BURN caps. Completed 50 mins of cardio due to low energy aka lack of sleep, over - trained, under fed lol
Energy was donkey balls and I wasn't sweating as much.

Sunday 10/16 REST DAY
Slept for 9 hours then a 2.5 hour nap later in the day. Damn that felt great.
Upon awakening 2N2BURN with breakfast. I felt the niacin kick in with-in 10 minutes

Later in the day I took another 2 N2BURN (after meal 3) and felt zero effects

10/17
Up @0450 for 1hr cardio.
1 cup coffee with stevia
2 N2BURN
Energy was great! Sweating was there, as expected.

0800 breakfast - egg whites/oats
0830 2 more N2BURN
0900 train (chest/shoulders/abs/ 1/2 hr post weight cardio)

The intensity wasn't as high as I expected but then again, I'm 5 days out from stage and it's expected.

530-back/hammy training.
My energy levels were still steady but nothing crazy. Sweat however, still made it's presence known by shedding tears from my muscles :)

Damn! Someone has been enjoying their rebound, lol... I imagine you've regained at least a few pounds since the show, lol..

Good job on the fifth place- it kind of hard to imagine someone with your lines, size and condition not winning, but this whole mpd thing is new and no one is really sure what exactly it is the judges are looking for- it's even more subjective than BB'ing! Anyways man, great work with this log and your contest prep- you killed that shit and looked great, bro, congrats!

Dude, you look like a bodybuilder, not an MPD dude. I think this is a good decision. I was thinking about doing MPD next year, but I think the same would happen to me lol

After being off from the gym for 3 days for a contest and having a nice 48hr binge, I was ready to get back at it.

0800-two N2BURN pills.
0830-train (chest supersetted with biceps)
Energy, and strength were back to normal!
0930- 1/2hr post weight cardio. Energy was still there I'm addition to the expected heavy sweating :)

0500- up for 45mim fasted cardio. 1 cup of coffee, two N2BURN pills

0530- energy remaining at a high peak giving me the intensity needed to burn off the weekends sodium overload.

500PM: FINAL two N2BURN pills

530PM: train (quads/calves/abs)
Loving have my stench back at such a high level while sweating puddles after every exercise!

Final review:

N2BURN did exactly what they said it will do.
During a contest prep you need all the extra energy you can get as you're operating on low fats/carbs as it is.
N2BURN never let me down. Every morning it was there for me for my pre one hour cardio sessions and then again for my pre-workout.
I believe N2BURN helped me push thru several of my grueling workouts and cardio sessions whichever my prep that much easier.
I would recommend this product to anybody nearing the end of their contest prep who is struggling searching for that extra boost of intensity for their training sessions or, of you're currently stuck in a rut using some highly marketed scam fat burner that is doing what they promised.
