How many times you train a week??? and how much time are the training sesion???

5 days per week (2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off)... between 50 mins and an hour

5 times. Mon - Fri. No more than an hour and a half.

Current is Mon,Wed,Fri at 1 to 1.5hrs.

Monday - Friday. Workouts are usually about a half hour to 45 mins but I don't do cardio.

Weights 3 times a week. I don't time it, just get the work done. Cardio is presently 3 days a week 45 min, subject to increase as I get closer to a show.

Six to eight times a week. Three to four main workouts with three to four short workouts for weaker muscle groups.

5 days a weeks using my fridays as a touch up day and a day for cardio! 1 and a half hours. saturday and sunday, just chill.

5 days a week Mon, Tue, and Wed are 1 1/2 - 2 hours long and Fri and Sat are between 2-3 hours (PL workouts)

Back, chest, off, legs, shoulders, arms, off. On an off day I may go in for some extra ab, calves and cardio work.
Back and legs usually take about 1.5 hours while the rest take about an hour.

Yea. I do a three days on and a one day off routine. The workout usually lasts me anywhere from 50 minutes to an hour.

Depends on what training phase i'm in.

2 x/week if training for strength and power for 1hr 1/2
3-4 x/week if training for hypertrophy and under 1hr
