View Full Version : Keto for moderate weight loss

I live on the lake and am puttin the boat in the water in the next few weeks. Been following my regular offseason keto diet since i competed last year. Should i go full Keto for just a few weeks until about 10lbs of fat or so? Or should i still eat my Keto diet with my regular 200grams of carbs and simply add 30mins or so of cardio 3-5 days per week? Keep in mind i do not want to lose ANY of my hard earned muscle. If i have to lose less fat to do that, i'm okay with that. Just lookin to lean up a bit.


Here's my diet right now:

MEAL 1: 5 omega eggs, 4 whites, cup of oatmeal
MEAL 2: 50 grams whey protein, 2 scoops waxy maize, with 2 tbsp's Natural PB
MEAL 3: 8oz chicken, 8oz yam, 1/3 almonds or cashews
MEAL 4: same as meal 3
MEAL 5: 8oz steak (or salmon,swordfish), green salad with 1 tbsn Macnut oil
Meal 6: 50 grams whey with PB, OR 8oz chicken with Macnut oil (depends on how full I am)
