I now know it's not a fluke and this works. I did it this summer with humalog and am now doing it with humalin R.
Maybe it's working so well because I'm an ecto and have very high insulin sensitivity but wanted to make this thread to see if anyone else has results similar to mine...
Here's how I do it. First off, I stay safe and always have 10 grams of carbs per unit taken, I may have done 8 a few times but did not like the mental mind fuck... besides I need the carbs I use, would never go lower to lose fat, but do contemplate upping the insulin for max results, but to do that safely a glucose monitor would be best. I always keep 70 grams of dextrose in my gym bag in case something happens...
So I use 6-8 untils of humalin R before breakfast. That meal is 1 cup of oats with 2 cups of frozen berries and 50 grams of whey mixed in... My carbs are up there, Way over 70 grams, so 6 units is nothing in terms of being crazy/dangerous. But that does does a great job at bringing amino acids and glucose into my muscles beyond how it does normally.
2.5 hours later I begin my workout (while it's peaking) and drink a good 60-75 grams of gatorade intra workout with 40ish grams of whey (50% iso, 50% concentrate) that's mixed in 1L of water and drink another litre of water intra workout from another bottle. Slin or not, I always drink this mix intra workout.
Post workout out is 60 grams of carbs from oats and another 50 grams of whey.
2 hours later, a regular meal with 250 grams of meat and 1 cup of brown rice.
Last 2 meals are protein+fats. By then the slin has cleared itself. I continue with carbs for another meal after the post workout shake as I believe my body is still primed to take them up due to the training. I've done it carbless at that meal, and I look fuller and bigger this way. I understand very well, I have enough carbs stored in me to not "need" them there, just breaking it down as to what works best for me. And if you did not have to go without carbs, would you? Probably not...
This gets me in shape at a rediculous rate, there has gotta be more people out there who've done something similar or used insulin to get lean.

I am using insulin right now to get lean. I take 50ius of Lantus upon waking and follow Palumbo's Keto Diet. I am back in ketosis very fast after a refeed and sometimes wonder if I am ever out of ketosis. Last weekend I had a large sub and half a pizza, the next day I had 3/4 container of those Oreo Golden Double Stuffed. 3 days later I am already down 2.5lbs for the week. Just wait till I add some tren in, game over.
I do like insulin for cutting and even when using carbs I base all my carbs around my workout and slin and use humalog. Glad to see I am not the only person using it in this way.

50ius sounds like a lot. Could you elaborate a little more on how you use it? When you say that you are on a keto diet, do you mean that you don't take any carbs, even when using insulin, except on re-feed days? (I didn't know the Palumbo diet had re-feed days.) Or do you take some amt of carbs with the insulin, and if so, how much? Do you work out in the morning, too?
I hope you don't mind the questions. I don't have any immediate plans to insulin, but I am trying to learn as much about it now as possible, for when I am ready to give it a shot.
I don't mean to hijack this thread, so if it's better, could you PM me?

Lantus has no spike first of all. I take in no carbs from Monday morning till Saturday night, not even post workout. Palumbo's keto has a refeed meal but I stretch it out to a few meals because I tend to lose weight really fast (too fast considering I am off cycle). I workout in the morning but Lantus is not like faster insulins. There is no spike like I said and the risk of going hypoglycemic is almost non existant.

Wow, this is real news to me. I never heard of Lantus. So you basically take insulin without any carbs in your system. Amazing.

I know I got really hungry on slin, so it can be hard not too eat more food.
I did 10iu with every meal except before bed when I ran it

I tried Mutants pre-workout protocol for 4 weeks.....Some people fear the pre-workout method, but as long as you have your shit together, it's fine. I just wanted to test how I responded. I only used 24 IU's a week and I put on 10 lbs....solid lbs. No bullshitting. Honestly all the gains happened in the first 3 weeks, and week 4 it kinda lost it's luster.
It's a deadly method and you can do some serious fucking growing in that time...also not too much risk of putting on fat cause you are training while it's active and a very small quantity used.

I assume there is also a good gh dose in your cutting plan:yep:slin+gh=great synergy.I do agree on lantus,if used right it is the best slin type imo

more good proof that slin can be used regardless of cutting or bulking and that its not the get fat drug unless you dont know what your doing.

The bad thing with slin is that i already have a strong appetite and after a shot i want to eat the whole world.Anyway after an aggressive pct i'm planinig my next cycle will be test/gh/slin/t4/t3 nothing else and all pharm grade

I was often able to eat my second meal 2 hours later when I was taking 10 units.

Ha ha! Seriously, though, good idea. I just remember you saying on another post that you really liked the parabolin. Piqued my interest because it was such a low dose, so I guess it stuck in my memory... Anyway, good luck with the upcoming cycle. Sounds nice!

Believe me with such strong compounds you really don't have to go very high..little benefits,more sides..I admit though when bulking i really like my test as high as i can torelate...the feeling is amazing

Yeah, I've always been on one for low-doses (never gone over 500mgs/wk). But always been tempted to push it to the limit. I'm dieting now, but maybe I'll give it a shot one day!

Really? I don't like test, and would rather run it lower and up the good stuff around it.

On serious cutting/recomp cycles 500mgs are enough for me,i run other stronger compounds higher but i feel crap.For some reason over 1000 i have this supehuman feeling,i don't look that well though...
