Overhead Medley - 250# Block, 275# Field Stone, 310# Log, 330# Keg, 350# Axle - Any order, 120sec time limit
Arm over Arm(last man standing) - more info to be announced
Day 2:
Super Yoke - 915# for 132ft total(up and back) - 60sec time limit
Deadlift Medley - 550# Giant Fishing pole, 660# Axle, 750# Louis Cyr Barbell(standard height), 920# axle & wheels - 120sec time limit
Atlas Stones - 265#, 310#, 352#, 385#, 430# to various height platforms - 60sec time limit
