Dominican Bulldozer here....just killed this amazing beef rib and stuffing meal, after an intense deadlift workout with my dad!!

Warmed up with 5mins of cardio
then hit 135lbs for 2 sets of 10
jumped to 225lbs and hit that for 6-8
315lbs for 5
and suited up
365lbs for a single
405lbs for a double
and ended it with back rows and lat pull downs
hit some poses!!!

coming back harder then ever :)
